Shipping Policy

We have a preparation time of 3 to 5 business days before our products are shipped. Our team does its best to send your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 am, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our products take 10 to 20 business days to be delivered.

Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand. Here are the details:

You can return the funds up to 7 days after the purchase date.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

A processing fee will be deducted from the order.

We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a custom logo are non-returnable.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the product.
